Medium Range

Short Range

 

Set 1

60º step into long stance, reverse outside forearm block. Step up, into cross cat-stance, double upset punch to the ribs.

Set 1

30º step forward into long stance and inside forearm block. Perform scissor block, to drop the attacking arm, with simultaneous reverse palm heel strike to the jaw.

Striking hand locks off the head. Pull onto rising knee strike.

 

Set 2

45º step into horse riding stance, W-block to the attacking arm. Change to elbow press lock, if required.


Set 2

30º step into long stance, reverse outside forearm block. Twist, to face the same direction as your opponent.

Lift your opponent's lead leg, to affect their balance and expose the groin to attack. Twist again, to face your opponent, upset punch to the groin.

Long Range

Set 1

Step back, into back stance, inside knife-hand block. Reverse turning kick to the head.


Set 2

Step back, into long stance, reverse outside knife-hand block. Full turning kick to the head.
